can't wait to see that carmelized onion and blue cheese risotto!

  2. WOW you guys are going to eat very well! i can never plan ahead those kinds of things (those being what to wear and what to eat) as my mind changes as quickly as the contents of our fridge! but i admire you for having picked such adventurous meals! i ADORE caramelized onion/blue cheese combo - it's really great on crusty bread too for an appetizer! happy eating dear!

  3. Okay, now I'm starving. Thanks.

:) Risotto is on our menu too!

  4. I made a yummy quinoa veggie stir fry!!!!

  7. Champagne, strawberries and chocolate are defo on my menu too! haha.

Risotto must be the thing to kick off this week round the boards. The caramelized onions and bleu cheese have got to make that dish stellar, and a must try! Thanks for the always!

  8. oooh la la! that risotto sounds AMAZING! caramelized onions and blue cheese?!? yes, please!!

    Lauren @ tickled.

  10. Sounds amazing!! I am opting for simple simple simple this week.... but your menu makes me wish I had more energy!!

  11. @ Every Little Thing: Mmm that all sounds good, especially the cajun chicken pasta--hope you will be sharing the recipe on your blog!

@ marisa: Ooo I bet that would tasty delicious on bread but then again I love bread so just about anything would taste good on bread to me :) Have a great day/evening there as well (not sure what the time difference is between Italy and St. Louis)!

  12. @ Mollie: Thanks!

    @ Christy: I hope I didn't make you too hungry :)

@ Ashly: That sounds delicious! I love quinoa!

@ Ada: Thanks! I will definitely be sharing the cauliflower recipe later this week :)

@ Jenn: Look for it on Wednesday or Thursday now! A long day at work meant I had leftovers for dinner tonight instead of Wednesday so soup will be postponed until tomorrow evening!

@ Morgan: I do not discriminate when it comes to my love of risotto but I must say that this combo is one of my new favorites :)

@ Sarahlearns: Recipe is in the works!

@ Lauren: Definitely! It's too good not to share :)

@ Robyn: After a really long day at work today I am beginning to question my menu myself but hopefully the busyness isn't anything a glass of wine and a bubble bath won't fix!

  13. Excited to see the recipe for the corned beef, it sounds wonderful!

  14. @ Victoria: I made it last year and it is delicious! The best way to eat corned beef if you ask me :)
