Nigri from Saturday night's dinner with friends--J and I tried each one, taking a bite of one fish then passing it to the other person. This platter was only $19.00 and included sea scallops because they were out of prawns!
Woods has taken to laying on our large throw pillows as if they were thrones. What can I say, we spoil him like he's royalty so he thinks he is the king!

The Nigri platter looks like it was great! I heart sushi and sashimi. There are NO Japanese restaurants in my little town here. Dunno if there are any in Newcastle. Ugg.
