Little Switches

I realized I forgot to share this little change-up I did in our bathroom on Monday night when I was "shopping" for our Valentine's Day table setting.

I came across two blue bottles I had purchased last year and brought them upstairs to add to my little vignette on our windowsill in the bathroom.

I filled two of the bottles with medicinal items like q-tips and little sponges and hope to fill the third with sand (ideally from this place) when we get the chance.

A minor change, but one still worth noting, right?

  1. Isn't it great when you find other ways to use what you already have? I get so excited when I find something I haven't used in a long time (or EVER) and find the perfect place for it. It's so happy! This is a great use of your cute bottles!

  2. Its the little changes and revamps that always make me smile =) Sure they are tiny but to me, omg - biggest deal ever! Especially when someone notices it!

  3. @ Jenn: I agree! And the best part (for me anyway) is that there is not even a twinge of buyer's remorse, which I suffer from on occasion, since I already own it :)

@ Jennifer: Little changes definitely help to keep it fresh and interesting and when people notice, it's even better!

  4. Oh, what a cute vignette! I love your sense of decorating and style. I really need to do more projects like that in our apartment. It's kind of bland right now!
